Directions

From I-66 (and the Beltway)

  • Take I-66 East to Exit 73, Key Bridge/Rosslyn. This places you on Route 29.
  • Follow Route 29 through two lights to Ft. Myer Drive.
  • Keep in the right one or two lanes.
  • Go up a ramp to the light at Wilson Boulevard.
  • Turn right onto Wilson Boulevard, then take the next left onto Nash Street.
  • Nash Street merges onto 17th Street.
  • The 1300 North 17th Street building will be directly ahead of you as you turn onto Nash Street.
  • The parking garage is on the right after you pass the entrance plaza.

(Note: I-66 East is restricted to two passengers from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Please use the Alternate Route during these hours.)

Via 395

  • Follow I-395 North to Exit 8A.
  • Take Exit 8A heading toward Washington Boulevard. Once on Washington Boulevard, proceed straight for 1 mile to Route 50 East.
  • Take Route 50 East for 2 miles until you see signs for the Rosslyn/Key Bridge.
  • Take this exit at the top of the ramp, then follow the traffic pattern straight ahead.
  • Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Wilson Boulevard.
  • Take a left onto Nash Street.
  • Nash Street merges onto 17th Street.
  • The 1300 North 17th Street building will be directly ahead of you as you turn onto Nash Street.
  • The parking garage is on the right, after you pass the entrance plaza.

Alternate Route for I-66 and GW Parkway

  • Follow I-495 South into Virginia and take Exit 8 to Route 50 East (Arlington Boulevard) towards Washington.
  • Once on Route 50 East, drive for approximately 10 miles to the Rosslyn/Key Bridge exit.
  • Take this exit at the top of the ramp, then follow the traffic pattern straight ahead.
  • Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Wilson Boulevard.
  • Take a left onto Nash Street.
  • Nash Street merges onto 17th Street.
  • The 1300 North 17th Street building will be directly ahead of you as you turn onto Nash Street.
  • The parking garage is on the right after you pass the entrance plaza.

Via Metro

  • Take either an Orange or a Blue line train to the Rosslyn station.
  • Exit the station onto N. Fort Meyer Drive (you are facing it as you come up the escalator).
  • Turn left and walk 1/2 block to Wilson Boulevard.
  • Turn right and walk one block to N. Nash Street.
  • Turn left and walk one block to N. 17th Street. Cross the red brick plaza to the building entrance.
