BBN developed the Integrated Management System (IMS) that links specialized, customized tactical systems together with attractive platforms such as HP OpenView - a popular commercial management product. IMS lets us build systems that can support management collaboration across echelons and between services and agencies. Our CORBA-based collaboration mechanism can often yield much higher network availability with less on-site expertise.
