BBN’s patented, award-winning Stereoscopic Digital Radiography technology was shown to improve detection of suspicious lesions in breast tissue by over twenty percent.

Using BBN’s Stereoscopic Digital Radiography system, a radiologist sees soft tissue in stereo providing a direct, intuitive and in-depth, 3D view of the internal structure, as opposed to current standard methods that provide only two-dimensional images.

BBN’s Stereoscopic Digital Radiography technique entails only minor changes to standard digital equipment and software. The system can be licensed for other medical imaging applications.
