The selected participants will work with top talent within their chosen fields of interest and build a solid foundation to begin their careers at BBN. Candidates in the Entrée Rotation Program can work in the following business units:
- Advanced Networking
- Information Technologies
- Speech & Language Research
- Sensing & Control Technologies
- Intelligence Technologies
Upon acceptance into the program, we will build a rotation between business units that matches each participant’s preferences. The program consists of two rotations, each lasting nine months. An optional third rotation can be requested. Upon completion of the program, candidates work with their managers to select the role that best suits the individual’s strengths and career goals. Individualized training and team building are offered throughout the program, along with the assignment of a mentor. BBN will ensure that all members develop in both technical and professional areas through personal career coaching. Our goal is to help participants jumpstart their career at BBN Technologies.
Entrée Locations
Rotation projects may span any of the four BBN locations: Cambridge, MA; Arlington, VA; Columbia, MD; & Newport, RI.
