Susan Wuellner
As Vice President of Human Resources, Susan Wuellner directs Raytheon BBN’s human capital initiatives and leads a staff of 14 HR professionals who provide strategic human resources services to attract, reward, retain, and develop Raytheon BBN Technologies employees.
Susan first served as Director of Human Resources for GTE Internetworking, supporting Raytheon BBN Technologies and several other technology organizations. After the spin-out of GTE Internetworking Services as Genuity, she played a key role in integrating Raytheon BBN’s organizational and human resources programs, systems and practices into GTE and then into Verizon. For several years, she also supported the Verizon Technology Organization. In these positions, she was a business partner for senior management and was responsible for providing strategic direction for the company’s human resources programs. Prior to her time with Raytheon BBN Technologies, Susan held HR positions in the areas of labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, and staffing. Susan transferred to Raytheon BBN Technologies from GTE in 1999.
Susan holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Lindenwood College and a M.A. in Management from Webster University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified.
