Raytheon BBN Chief Technologist Steve Milligan is one of those rare minds able to grasp the heart of a problem and envision its solution across a wide range of disciplines.
Because of this, Steve has contributed to projects ranging from passive acoustic processing to localization and multi-target tracking techniques at Raytheon BBN Technologies. Steve has applied his expertise in genetic algorithm and programming techniques to a variety of projects, including DARPA's Advanced Logistics Project and the BEST Field Service Scheduling System.
