Sean Lannan
As Chief Financial Officer, Sean Lannan is a partner to Tad Elmer and the executive team at BBN Technologies and provides leadership to develop business and financial strategies to grow BBN’s business.
Sean has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, treasury, investor relations and corporate partnerships with public and private technology companies. Prior to joining BBN, Sean was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Polaroid Corporation. Previously, Sean was Vice President of Manufacturers’ Services Ltd, a publicly traded electronics contract manufacturer for high tech companies. Prior to Manufacturers’ Services Ltd, he was an executive with Telocity Inc. a broadband infrastructure services company that he helped take public and he served in various management roles in treasury, mergers & acquisitions and corporate development at Lucent Technologies.
Sean earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Yale University.
