Jim O'Connor
As Executive Vice President, Jim O'Connor oversees two Raytheon BBN Technologies business units, with staff in Raytheon BBN's Arlington, VA; Cambridge, MA; Columbia, MD; and Middletown, RI offices.
During his 33 years at Raytheon BBN Technologies, Jim has mastered nearly every part of Raytheon BBN's business and has excelled at aligning technical and programmatic efforts with strategic business goals. His experience includes starting and managing Raytheon BBN's Decision and Security Technologies department and serving as Deputy Director of the Maritime Systems and Technologies department in Raytheon BBN's Washington office.
Jim earned a B.S., Physics at the University of Scranton and an M.S. in Ocean Engineering at MIT.
